  The Hudson Housing Authority invites all tenants and the general public to a review of the Authority's Proposed Annual Plan for Fiscal Year 2025
  The Annual Plan is intended to provide insight into the Authority’s operations and plans for the coming fiscal year as they affect the Authority’s state-aided public housing. The Proposed Annual Plan is comprised of the following elements:

  1. Proposed Capital Improvement Plan (5-year)
  2. Proposed Maintenance and Repair Plan
  3. Current Operating Budget
  4. Responses to the Performance Management Review (PMR) findings
  5. List of housing authority policies
  6. List of waivers from governing regulations of the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD)
  7. Other elements

• Hudson Housing Authority holds COVID-19 vaccine clinics for public housing residents!

• Thank you to Hi-Gear Products, Inc. of Hudson, MA for helping out our community! In response to the shortage of available hand sanitizer due to the COVID-19 health crisis, Hi-Gear Products, Inc. has been producing hand sanitizer to help meet the growing need. On April 10, HHA was able to procure enough personal hand sanitizer bottles from Hi-Gear to supply all 218 of our public housing units with a 2oz bottle of hand sanitizer. In addition, Hi-Gear generously donated the same number of empty bottles to HHA for later refill, and respirator parts for our Maintenance department! THANK YOU Hi-Gear Products, Inc. for your generosity and commitment to our community!

  
  
  
• HHA teams up with the Hudson Health Department and Open Table, Inc. of Maynard for Mobile Pantry program! On Wednesday, April 8, 2020, HHA staff and members of Open Table, Inc. delivered the first round of monthly grocery deliveries to 31 households at Hudson Housing Authority's Brigham Circle and Norma Oliver Village. The deliveries were a huge success! Thank you to the Hudson Health Department and Open Table, Inc. for linking HHA into this program...our residents are very thankful!
